This news may be boring for some, but it's exciting for us! Starting tomorrow, June 1st, we will have health insurance. It will be so nice to not have that to worry about that anymore!
Matt was dagnosed with some bleeding ulcers, and his liver enzymes are still elevated. We were 3 days short of having health insurance. I just couldn't believe it! Now if something happens we won't stress as much.
My contacts will be much cheaper now, but what I'm the most excited about is that I can get my teeth fixed. Half of my front tooth was broken off when I was 8 years old. Since then it has turned an ugly yellow. Insurance will cover to have it fixed, woo hoooo!
Matt is supposed to have a PET-Scan every 6 months to make sure that the melanoma hasn't come back. He hasn't had one for two years. He'll get one now, and insurance covers 100% of it. They cost $5000, so that's why he hasn't had one in the past.
I actually just got depressed thinking about how that health care bill was passed......ugh. Well I'm still glad we have healh insurance for now. Life insurance too! Yay!

Update On Our Family
Matt is working full time at the Sheriff Office in Washington County. I've posted that we are temporarily living in Glendale, Utah. He isn't liking the hour and a half drive at all, but it's been nice to live here because, well it's free. Gas has been so expensive, but we have been able to save money to get into a house.
Brooklyn had a blast being in my mom's 5th grade class for the last 6 weeks of school. She has experienced things a lot of kids don't get to, like bottle feeding a baby calf. The calf is her friends, and the mother of the calf died while giving birth. I wish I had a picture of her feeding the calf, but I don't. Brooklyn went to field day in Kanab last week and took 3rd place in the 100 meter dash. She is such an adorable daughter, and I am so proud of how hard she works in school.
London is so excited for her 2nd grade graduation that is on June 5th......which is way funny because there isn't one. She is so silly! She will graduate to 3rd grade, but she gets so mixed up. Reminds me of me when I was little girl. London and Brooklyn doubled their reading goal in the 6 weeks they were at their new elementary!
Hailey tries to read every word she sees. She is getting really good at it, and she is already getting the concept of times tables. WOW! She cracks me up because every time I go to use my camera I have all of her snapshots on the camera and it's too full to take anymore. She has taken some good ones! See for yourself.
Jocelyn isn't liking our beautiful trailer, and she wants her Ezra boy back! She doesn't adjust to things very well. She does have a little friend Sarah, and she takes her mind off of Ezra for some of the day.
My friend Valene watched the kids for us so we could go on a LATE Anniversary date. We went to Moqui Cave. It's between Glendale and Kanab. It was so amazing!!!! There were so many indian artifacts, and dinosaur tracks. The drive from Glendale to Kanab has the most beautiful mountains I have ever seen. They have caves chizzled in the coral mountains. Breathtaking! We had such a good time alone! We ate at Big Al's Junction Burgers, and stared into each others eyes.

Moving To Ivins
We are so excited to move to Ivins on June 17th! I can hardly stand it!!!! I love the area! It has a nice park with a giant playground, splash pad, soccer, and baseball field, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Here are some pics of the house.

Salt Lake City I Will Miss You
When we moved from SLC on Friday, April 30th 2010, both Matt and I were sad to move on, but knew it was time. I loved going to lunch with him, and going to watch the Utes play. We loved having a park right outside our front door, with so many friends.
We lived on campus in family student housing called the Village. In the beginning I felt so inadequate, lonely, and like I didn't belong. The women would sit in a large group and talk, and it was way to intimidating to approach the group and sit down. I thought to myself, if only they knew me they would like me. I had never really (in my adult life) had a hard time making friends, but this time I did. I eventually did make a lot of friends, and felt comfortable with everyone that lived by me. I found out that almost everyone had felt that same way so I tried to make new people feel like they could come up and talk to me because I didn't want them to feel like that.
The Johnson's moved in the apartment right up above me a year into living in the Village. If they wouldn't have moved up above me I would have gone into a deep depression! Bryanna was like a sister to me and still is. Seth and Hailey had a little kid romance going on and were best buds. Jocelyn loved Ezra. Seth and Ezra are the Johnson boys by the way, and Bryanna is their mom. This family is amazing, and I'll miss them so much that it makes me a little emotional when I think about not seeing them for a long time. Bryanna would make me go outside when I wanted to stay in the house all day. She got me out to do things, and I could tell her anything and she was never judgemental. You know you are good friends and like sisters when you can tell each other the most disgusting things about yourselves!
Don't get my wrong though, I love my other sisters too! I wish they lived by me too! Sisters are the very best.
The thing about the village is everybody has to move on. It would never be the same if I moved back. The memories, the experience, the ward was so amazing. I'll miss our Bishop! He spoiled us rotton! After our Ward Temple night or at Stake Conference he would give us Cafe Rio because he owns them ALL!
My mom told me that is was Stake Conference where we are living now, and I asked if there was going to be any food. Matt and I joked that Ward Temple night and stake conference would suck for now on because our Bishop spoiled us so much. He is such a good man!

One more thing! Hailey asked me why the Police have two names, Police and Officer. I told her that a lot of things have 2 names. She said, "Oh like house, and habitat?" She also figured out that if someone turns and faces her that their right is her left. She said yesterday if you have 3 two's it makes 6. Her brain is working overtime. She is reading small words too. She'll pick up reading fast! It's exciting! I also love all of her nerd words. This week it's SPECTACULAR!
